The Original Berliner Cidre Classic is made from 100% apple and contains only 3.5% alcohol. It is partially fermented and inspires with a balanced bouquet of malic acid and fruity sweetness.

The Original Berliner Cidre Strong is also made from 100% apple and contains 5.0% alcohol. It is fully fermented and convinces with its fruity, tart taste.

The Original Berliner Cidre Rosé only came onto the market 2 years later. OBC Rose is unique, as there was no Cidre Rosé on the German beverage market until then. The Original Berliner Cidre Rosé consists of 98% apple cider and 2% redcurrant juice, is also end-fermented and contains 5% alcohol.

The Original Berliner Cidre Bio is produced according to the requirements of the organic certification DE-ÖKO-007. The fermentation with vegan yeast supports the gentle light fermentation. With regard to the yeast in OBC Bio, vegans will also find themselves. OBC Bio is lightly fermented and has 4% alcohol. The OBC Bio bottle is supported with a vegan label and vegan glue. The unfiltered organic apple juice from organic farming gives the Original Berliner Cidre Bio a fresh whole-fruit taste. This is therefore an "Organic, Vegan Kraft Cider"!

OBC Bio Vegan - The versatile epochal

It gives you touch of boiled honey, mirabelle mouth feel and leaves you with dry white wine notes. The OBC Bio is produced according to the requirements of the organic certification DE-ÖKO-007. Fermentation with vegan yeast supports gentle light fermentation. With regard to the yeast in OBC Bio, vegans can also be found. OBC Bio is slightly fermented and has 4% alcohol. The OBC organic bottle is supported with a vegan etiquette and vegan glue. The unfiltered organic apple juice from organic farming gives the OBC Bio a fresh full fruit taste. So it is an "organic, vegan power cider"!

OBC Rosé - The "healing" apple secco

Appearance Clean pale red, naturally carbonated with driblets Bouquet / Aroma Notes of Fermented apples with slight fragrance of fresh berries along with a winey notes Taste / Mouthfeel Sparkling dry soft sweetness with fruity kind of a late harvest taste. It leaves slight touch of current berries on your tongue. The OBC Rosé did not come on the market until 2 years later. OBC Rosé was unique at that time, because there has been no cider rosé on the German beverage market to date. The OBC Rosé consists of 98% apple cider and 2% currant juice, is also final fermented and contains 5% alcohol.

OBC Strong - The Winter Apple

It is final fermented and convinces with its fruity, tart taste.
